ASC – American Standardization Council is an independent accreditation body registered in Delaware, USA. We accredit conformity assessment bodies — certification bodies, inspection agencies, testing and calibration laboratories, personnel certification bodies, proficiency testing providers and training organizations — against the applicable ISO/IEC 17000-series standards, operating our own accreditation system in accordance with ISO/IEC 17011:2017.
ASC was founded in the USA to advance four goals: integrity and trust, trade facilitation, professional linkages, and international acceptance of competent conformity assessment.
