Public Training Fee Schedule Table Notes

*  Early registration cut-off is normally 21 days prior to the scheduled training event.

5% additional discount for 2nd, 3rd, or more students from the same company attending the same training course. Space is Limited to 20 people for each training session.

Fees are non-refundable for cancellations; however, you may substitute another member of your staff, or attend another class offered by ASC at a later date.  If ASC cancels this class for any reason, the full registration fee paid will be refunded.

Fees for Non-Public Training Delivered at Hosting Organizations (Group Rate)

ASC delivers Non-Public training courses to any organization on a consulting fee basis.  This hosting organization can fill seats to a maximum of 20 people at their discretion.  For this service, ASC charges $1500 USD per day for the first trainer within North America (with an additional $500 per day for any additional trainer) and $2000 USD per day for the first trainer outside North America (with an additional $500 per day for any additional trainer).  Groups of clients may organize training events in their own locations that promote the acquisition of competent training.  Printing of the training materials provided by ASC is borne by the hosting organization.

Travel and accommodation costs are separate and charged at rates agreed with the hosting organization.  ASC charges $500 USD per day for each day of international travel needed to reach the international destination outside North America and $300 USD per day for each day of travel within North America.

Note that the Lead Assessor Course is a skills demonstration course and two training facilitators are required for this course if the number of participants rises to greater than 10.  Not more than 20 are allowed to sit this course.  The ASC charges for delivery of the Lead Assessor Course as a Non-Public course is $2000 USD per day within North Ameirca and $2500 USD per day internationally to cover the costs associated with the second training facilitator.

Online and Webinar Training

ASC Training can also design training specific to the needs of accredited conformity assessment bodies and Regulatory Authorities on subjects within our scope of expertise.  If desired training is not in the list above, please contact us.  Online training is normally authorised once fees have been paid.

Webinars can be provided by prior arrangement and make use of the same materials used for in-class training course shown above.  Webinars use appropriate webex/webinar software that connects a single room of participants to the training facilitator or connects multiple independent participant stations to the training facilitator. The cost of the webinar must therefore include the cost of connecting the participants to the training facilitator using software that allows Voice-over-Internet (VOIP) and multiple screen manipulation by the facilitator and the participants.  ASC charges a flat fee of $200 per hour of webinar training plus a $100 fee for the provision of the course training binder associated with the training. The amount of time charged is based entirely on the needs of the participants to meet their own learning objectives.
